In August 2019, the largest forest fire disaster occurs in Chiquitania, paralyzing activities, particularly tourism. Later the political conflicts arose and in 2020 in the full recovery stage, the global crisis with the COVID 19 pandemic manifests.
To date, the recovery of tourism is far away, despite this the need to look for natural recreational spaces makes it easier for many families to travel to Chiquitania, especially on long weekends that coincide with holidays. The most important Easter in which the Savoring Chiquitos Route has had the visit of several families from Posokas, for the joy of the pascanas, restaurants and hotels allied to the Route.
A good sign for which the organization of the route has enabled special schedules, which facilitate the presence of Posokas in the different pascanas El Telar, La tranquera and La Siesta del Posoka.
